Pouya Mohajer, M.D.

Pouya Mohajer, M.D. has been practicing in Las Vegas since 2004. He is board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He obtained his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean and completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Mohajer is fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Medicine at Harvard Medical School’s Brigham & Women’s Hospital.

Franco M. Lee, M.D.

Receiving his medical degree from De La Salle University College of Medicine in Cavite, Philippines, Dr. Lee later completed his residency in anesthesiology at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He was then awarded a pain fellowship at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, where he received additional training. In 2006, Dr. Lee joined the team of medical professionals at Southern Nevada Pain Center in Las Vegas as a pain physician. With his conscientious and compassionate approach to care, he treats patients with chronic pain and other disorders. Dr.Lee joined the medical staff of Interventional Pain Medicine on June 1, 2008.

Steven Kim, M.D.

Steven Kim, MD is a double board-certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Pain Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and completed his PM&R residency at Case Western Reserve University, followed by a fellowship in Pain Medicine at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio.

Dr. Kim is committed to a holistic, patient-centered approach to care, rooted in the belief that movement is medicine. He specializes in minimally invasive procedures and functional restoration, using a multidisciplinary approach to help patients reduce pain, regain mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy. Edwin Adolfo, M.D

Edwin N. Adolfo, M.D. is a highly skilled and board-certified anesthesiologist with over 25 years of distinguished experience spanning both family practice and anesthesiology. He holds esteemed certifications from the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Board of Family Practice, reflecting his broad expertise and commitment to excellence in patient care.

Dr. Adolfo earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the prestigious Cebu Institute of Medicine in the Philippines, followed by rigorous residencies in family practice and anesthesiology in Chicago, Illinois. His extensive training and dedication to medical advancement have positioned him as a trusted expert in his field.

Roland Tio, M.D.

A graduate of premier institutions such as the National Defense Medical Center in Taipei and the University of Miami, Dr. Tio has excelled in various professional capacities, including Clinical Instructor, Attending Anesthesiologist, and Consultant.

Aaron Powell, PA-C

Aaron Powell, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a rich background in the medical field since 2009 and experience as an advanced practitioner since 2016. He has leveraged his extensive knowledge and expertise from primary care and orthopedics to offer a comprehensive understanding of his patients’ pain, enabling him to provide more effective treatments.

Aaron earned his Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University and his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Elon University in North Carolina. His passion for fitness drives him to encourage patients to increase their physical activity whenever possible, promoting overall well-being.

Originally from California, Aaron has lived in several states, including a significant part of his adult life in Colorado. He enjoys a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, mountain biking, and longboarding. Aaron also cherishes spending quality time with his wife and three children.

Fabiola Suty, PA-C

Fabiola Suty, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant. Fabiola graduated Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and later earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University Nevada. After completing her education, she embarked on a career in pain management and regenerative medicine, where she discovered her true passion: helping individuals heal and recover from pain. Her commitment lies in providing exceptional care to her patients while empowering them with knowledge throughout their journey to better health.

Outside of work, Fabiola enjoys staying active through exercise, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and exploring the dunes on ATVs with her husband. She also cherishes visits to California to spend quality time with family and friends.

Evita Dagyte, APRN, FNP-C

Evita Dagyte, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner accredited by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona College and spent over six years as a registered nurse, gaining extensive experience in post-acute care settings. Driven by a passion for comprehensive patient care, she continued her education at Grand Canyon University, where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
In her work in pain management, Evita brings deep compassion and empathy, striving to see beyond the pain itself to understand each patient’s unique experience and strength. Her compassionate, patient-centered care reflects a deep commitment to promoting wellness at every stage of life. She strives to empower patients through education, trust, and a strong therapeutic relationship.

Allison Ballard, NP-C

Allison Ballard, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. With over 20 years of experience in the medical field, Allison began her career as a registered nurse, gaining extensive experience in critical care within hospital settings. She completed her undergraduate studies at Metropolitan State University of Denver and further advanced her education by earning a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2017.

Allison has since worked in urgent care, population health, and pain management, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. She emphasizes the importance of communication and patient education, ensuring that her patients are well-informed and actively involved in their care.

Outside of her professional life, Allison enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends. She is also a devoted pet owner to her two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Ollie and Winnie.

Rising through the ranks from entry-level administrative roles to management, she has cultivated a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations and a proven ability to lead with adaptability and vision.
In her current role as Operations Manager, Kenya ensure seamless regulatory compliance and implementation of workflow optimization. Her leadership has consistently driven improvements in patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and organizational success.
Kenya is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Western Governors University, further enhancing her expertise in strategic leadership and operational management.
Outside of work, Kenya enjoys spending quality time with her family and finds joy in reading. These hobbies reflect her value for personal growth, balance, and meaningful connections, which also influence her professional approach.

Estefania Lara

Attorney Liaison

With a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and several years of hands-on experience in various areas of law, Estefania brings a deep understanding of legal processes and a clear understanding of patient needs. She has worked closely with attorneys and legal teams, knowing exactly what they value in building strong, reliable partnerships. Her focus is always on fostering long-term relationships built on trust, communication, and results.

Outside of work, she is passionate about exploring new places through travel, staying active at the gym, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Maria Rosales

Lead Lien Specialist

Maria brings more than 13 years of experience in the insurance industry and over 20 years of customer service expertise to her role as Lead Lien Specialist at PRIMMED Pain Institute. Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance since 2019, she offers a strong understanding of personal injury claims and the complex coordination required between patients, healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys.

Throughout her career, Maria has developed extensive knowledge in claims processing, lien management, and client advocacy. Her background in Property & Casualty insurance has given her valuable insight into the personal injury process, allowing her to effectively navigate claim-related challenges and help ensure patients receive the support they need. Her ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with all parties involved has made her a trusted resource for both patients and legal professionals.

Maria is passionate about helping individuals through what can often be a complicated and stressful process. She is committed to delivering knowledgeable, compassionate, and client-focused service while continuously seeking opportunities to improve workflows and enhance the overall patient experience.
