Pouya Mohajer, M.D.
Physician
Dr. Mohajer, M.D. is board certified in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Medicine. He obtained his medical degree from American University of the Caribbean and completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center. Dr. Mohajer was fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Medicine at Harvard University and Brigham Woman’s Hospital.
Franco M. Lee, M.D.
Physician
Receiving his medical degree from De La Salle University College of Medicine in Cavite, Philippines, Dr. Lee later completed his residency in anesthesiology at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He was then awarded a pain fellowship at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, where he received additional training. In 2006, Dr. Lee joined the team of medical professionals at Southern Nevada Pain Center in Las Vegas as a pain physician. With his conscientious and compassionate approach to care, he treats patients with chronic pain and other disorders. Dr.Lee joined the medical staff of Interventional Pain Medicine on June 1, 2008.
Denice Guzzardo
Physician Assistant Certified
Denice Guzzardo, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant. She started in the medical field as a certified surgical technologist, she then earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of Central Florida. She has always had a strong interest in medicine which led her to pursue her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at NOVA Southeastern University in 2008.
Denice brings a technical approach, paired with compassion, to help patients of the practice change their lives and lifestyle by finding long-term solutions to chronic pain. Her efforts are a critical component in the team’s physicians’ ability to deliver the highest standards of care.
Denice enjoys being active, outdoors, animals.
Inna Stresz
Nurse Practitioner
Inna Stresz, APRN is a board certified Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from SUNY Brockport. She has over 11 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. She then pursued her Master of Science in Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at Keuka College.
Inna brings a technical approach, paired with compassion, to help patients of the practice change their lives and lifestyle by finding long-term solutions to chronic pain. Her efforts are a critical component in the team’s physicians’ ability to deliver the highest standards of care.
Inna enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, playing piano and loves animals.
Gisela Chin
Nurse Practitioner
Gisela Chin, APRN is a board certified Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Touro University of Nevada. She has over 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing post certificate in Family Nurse Practitioner at Touro University of Nevada. Gisela brings a professional approach, paired with compassion, to help patients of the practice change their lives and lifestyle by finding long-term solutions to chronic pain.
