Pouya Mohajer, M.D.
Physician
Pouya Mohajer, M.D. has been practicing in Las Vegas since 2004. He is board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He obtained his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean and completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Mohajer is fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Medicine at Harvard Medical School’s Brigham & Women’s Hospital.
Franco M. Lee, M.D.
Physician
Receiving his medical degree from De La Salle University College of Medicine in Cavite, Philippines, Dr. Lee later completed his residency in anesthesiology at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He was then awarded a pain fellowship at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, where he received additional training. In 2006, Dr. Lee joined the team of medical professionals at Southern Nevada Pain Center in Las Vegas as a pain physician. With his conscientious and compassionate approach to care, he treats patients with chronic pain and other disorders. Dr.Lee joined the medical staff of Interventional Pain Medicine on June 1, 2008.

Edwin N. Adolfo, M.D. is a highly skilled and board-certified anesthesiologist with over 25 years of distinguished experience spanning both family practice and anesthesiology. He holds esteemed certifications from the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Board of Family Practice, reflecting his broad expertise and commitment to excellence in patient care.
Dr. Adolfo earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the prestigious Cebu Institute of Medicine in the Philippines, followed by rigorous residencies in family practice and anesthesiology in Chicago, Illinois. His extensive training and dedication to medical advancement have positioned him as a trusted expert in his field.
Now practicing in Las Vegas, Nevada, Dr. Adolfo is an active member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists. He is deeply committed to providing safe, effective, and compassionate care to his patients, embodying the highest standards of professionalism and medical excellence.
Dr. Roland Tio M.D.
Dr. Roland Tio is a highly accomplished, board-certified anesthesiologist with over four decades of expertise in anesthesiology, pain management, and acupuncture. A graduate of premier institutions such as the National Defense Medical Center in Taipei and the University of Miami, Dr. Tio has excelled in various professional capacities, including Clinical Instructor, Attending Anesthesiologist, and Consultant.
Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Tio has played a pivotal role in advancing the fields of pain management and anesthesia. His contributions span private practice, leadership roles in hospital settings, and scholarly publications in esteemed medical journals. A recognized expert in his field, Dr. Tio remains dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while staying at the forefront of innovative medical practices.
Aaron Powell, PA-C
Aaron Powell, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a rich background in the medical field since 2009 and experience as an advanced practitioner since 2016. He has leveraged his extensive knowledge and expertise from primary care and orthopedics to offer a comprehensive understanding of his patients’ pain, enabling him to provide more effective treatments.
Aaron earned his Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University and his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Elon University in North Carolina. His passion for fitness drives him to encourage patients to increase their physical activity whenever possible, promoting overall well-being.
Originally from California, Aaron has lived in several states, including a significant part of his adult life in Colorado. He enjoys a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, mountain biking, and longboarding. Aaron also cherishes spending quality time with his wife and three children.
Fabiola Suty, PA-C
Fabiola Suty, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant. Fabiola graduated Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and later earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University Nevada. After completing her education, she embarked on a career in pain management and regenerative medicine, where she discovered her true passion: helping individuals heal and recover from pain. Her commitment lies in providing exceptional care to her patients while empowering them with knowledge throughout their journey to better health.
Outside of work, Fabiola enjoys staying active through exercise, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and exploring the dunes on ATVs with her husband. She also cherishes visits to California to spend quality time with family and friends.
Jasmine Kennedy, NP-BC
Jasmine Kennedy, APRN is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Trent University in Toronto, Canada. Jasmine has extensive experience, having served as a first assist in orthopedic total hip and knee surgeries and as an OR circulator. She further advanced her expertise by earning a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner Primary Care from Purdue University in the U.S., graduating with honors.
Jasmine combines her technical proficiency with a compassionate approach to patient care, helping individuals find long-term solutions to their healthcare needs. Her dedication and expertise are vital to the team’s ability to provide exceptional care.
Outside of her professional commitments, Jasmine enjoys staying physically active through swimming and hiking. She cherishes spending time with her husband and their two dogs. Additionally, she is actively involved with various non-profit animal adoption groups.
Danella Daguiar
HR Manager
With over 15 years of experience in the medical field, Danella brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge and leadership to her role as HR Manager at Primmed Pain Institute. Danella began her career as a medical assistant and steadily advanced into the role of Practice Manager, where she played a critical role in daily operations and team development. Having worked closely with the team for many years, she has grown alongside the organization and continues to support its mission through her compassionate and people-focused approach to human resources.
Danella is committed to fostering a positive and compliant work environment, ensuring team members are supported, engaged, and equipped for success. Her unique background in both clinical and administrative settings allows her to lead HR initiatives with empathy, insight, and integrity.
Outside of work, Danella enjoys spending quality time with her family, listening to podcasts, and caring for her dogs.
Sharese Long
Special Projects Manager
With 16 years of experience in the medical field, Sharese Long brings a well-rounded background of clinical and administrative expertise to her role as Special Projects Manager at Primmed Pain Institute, a growing leader in pain management care.
Her career began as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), a role she held for seven years, where she developed a deep understanding of patient care and compassion. She then transitioned into administrative leadership roles over the past nine years, gaining extensive experience in team coordination, operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall patient experience.
In her current role, Sharese leads and implements key projects aimed at improving clinical workflows, strengthening interdepartmental collaboration, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across all locations. Her ability to blend clinical insight with administrative leadership helps her drive results that benefit both patients and staff.

Allison Ballard, NP-C
Allison Ballard, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. With over 20 years of experience in the medical field, Allison began her career as a registered nurse, gaining extensive experience in critical care within hospital settings. She completed her undergraduate studies at Metropolitan State University of Denver and further advanced her education by earning a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2017.
Allison has since worked in urgent care, population health, and pain management, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. She emphasizes the importance of communication and patient education, ensuring that her patients are well-informed and actively involved in their care.
Outside of her professional life, Allison enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends. She is also a devoted pet owner to her two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Ollie and Winnie.
